This was the smoothie I had for breakfast this morning. It consisted of fresh pineapple, light coconut milk, a banana, plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of sweetened shredded coconut, and ......wait for it..... fresh spinach!! It really wasn't bad and the spinach was really barely noticeable. Tomorrow I am going to try one that has fresh pineapple, orange juice, banana, and carrots. I figure these are are helping me get my servings of fruit and vegetables daily. I also have not had a soft drink (I am a Coca-Cola Zero addict!) for 48 hours. I had a little headache today from it but I am trying not to cave in and have one. I need to eat healthier and this is my start.
